The 90-Day Cycle

A Structured Path to Growth

Our three-phase mentorship cycle is designed to maximize impact for every participant.

Month 1: Relationship Building & Goal Setting

Build trust, share backgrounds, and establish the mentoring objectives that will guide the next 90 days.

Month 2: Career Exploration & Skill Development

Dive into substantive work: resume reviews, interview prep, career planning, industry insights, and professional development exercises tailored to the mentee's goals.

Month 3: Action Planning & Accountability

Turn insights into action: networking strategies, internship applications, leadership goal-setting, and concrete next steps with accountability built in.
