Complete a short application sharing your goals, interests, experience, and availability. Both mentors and mentees apply separately.

Orientation

All participants complete an orientation covering program expectations, communication guidelines, goal setting, and the code of conduct.

M³ carefully matches you by industry alignment, career goals, communication preferences, and geographic location when applicable.

Introduction

M³ introduces your match. You'll receive a match profile, welcome guide, and first meeting template to kick off the relationship.

Meet regularly over 90 days. Set goals, explore careers, develop skills, build networks, and track meaningful progress.

A Structured Path to Growth

Our three-phase mentorship cycle is designed to maximize impact for every participant.

Month 1 — Relationship Building & Goal Setting

Build trust, share backgrounds, and establish the mentoring objectives that will guide the next 90 days. Deliverable: written mentoring goals agreed upon by both parties.

Month 2 — Career Exploration & Skill Development

Dive into substantive work: resume reviews, interview prep, career planning, industry insights, and professional development exercises tailored to the mentee's goals.

Month 3 — Action Planning & Accountability

Turn insights into action — networking strategies, internship applications, leadership goal-setting, and concrete next steps with accountability built in.

How Pairs Work Together

Recommended Frequency

Twice per month (preferred). Once per month minimum. Consistent meetings build momentum and trust.

Meeting Duration

30 to 60 minutes per session. Quality over quantity — focused conversations drive the best outcomes.

Format Options

Virtual, hybrid, or in-person — whatever works best for the pair. Flexibility is built into the program.

Discussion Topics

Career exploration, professional development, networking, leadership, industry trends, goal setting, work-life balance, career transitions.
